September 2006: Local band Neptune plays at the Great Scott. The band members are Allston residents who frequently play local venues in Cambridge, Allston and Boston. All instruments are created from scraps of metal and garbage.

Palm Springs
Summer 2006: A friend and I took a trip to Palm Springs. The desert abyss dotted with windmill skeletons was haunting. I could not help but think how ironic it was that thousands of people flock to such a desolate and dead place.

Hayley
January 2006: Ramona, CA resident Hayley is a self declared skinhead. I interviewed her for a high school article about common skinhead misconceptions. My article caused an uproar amongst the Episcopalian student body. She is pictured here at a local mall, smiling fondly on her "True Necromantix" tattoo, a reference to her favorite band.
